Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from starlighttoys.co.uk (the "Website"). The Website is operated by JCOPPS LTD, trading as Starlight Toys ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13821868, VAT number GB414117242, with its registered office at Market House, Church Street, Harleston, IP20 9BB, United Kingdom. 1. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has been made, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

2. Purchase limits

To keep popular releases fair for collectors, we may limit quantities per customer or per household and cancel orders that exceed these limits.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Pre-orders

Pre-order release dates are set by manufacturers and can change. Allocations from suppliers are sometimes reduced. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.

5. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration and packaging may vary. The contents of booster packs and random products are random; we make no promise about the cards or items you will receive.

6. Authenticity

All products we sell are genuine, sealed products sourced from trusted suppliers.

7. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and return items is explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for business losses.

9. Intellectual property

Brand names and trade marks shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Starlight Toys is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brand owners unless stated.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
