Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains how to cancel, return or report a problem with an order from Starlight Toys, a trading name of JCOPPS LTD.

Changed your mind (14-day cancellation)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email contact@starlighttoys.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

  • Items should be returned unused and in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and seals intact.
  • Sealed trading card products (booster packs, boxes, tins, Elite Trainer Boxes and similar) and boxed collectables get their value from being sealed and unopened. If a seal is broken or packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to inspect the item, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, up to the full price.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to your original payment method. If you cancel the whole order we also refund the standard delivery charge.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the 14-day cancellation rules above apply.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after you told us you wanted to cancel.

Returns address

Please email us before sending anything back and we will confirm the returns address. Our registered office is JCOPPS LTD, trading as Starlight Toys, Market House, Church Street, Harleston, IP20 9BB, United Kingdom.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
