Shipping policy

Starlight Toys ships across the United Kingdom from our UK base.

Dispatch times

• In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
• Pre-orders are dispatched so they arrive on or around the official release date. If a release date moves, we will let you know by email.
• Orders with in-stock and pre-order items may be sent together when the pre-order item is released, unless you ask us to split them.

Delivery

• All orders are sent with a tracked service and you will receive tracking details by email.
• Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Sealed products and boxed collectables are packed with protective materials to keep boxes in collector condition.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email contact@starlighttoys.co.uk with your order number and we will help straight away.
